Components Simulation

Objective
Simulate the effect of the forces on a brick making machine
Understanding the Structural Study
A brick-making machine’s frame carries pressing forces through its joints and supports. A structural simulation helps inspect that load path and compare candidate geometry. The images below are the documented result, not enough information by themselves to reproduce the material model or certify an allowable working load.
Testing and Real-World Use
This could be tested by checking the press load path, support reactions and mesh convergence for documented centred and eccentric loads. The analysis is useful for understanding frame deformation before physical prototyping, but its numerical results require the original assembly and modelling assumptions.
